Liberatory Leadership and Team Building

 Relationship
and Team Building

How we go about the work of social change is as important as our vision for social change. Therefore, how we relate to one another in our day-to-day, how we care for our individual and collective well-being, and how we navigate conflict, burnout, and fatigue matter. Our work supports teams in nourishing the relational aspect of our work and creating space to witness each other as people within and outside of the work we do.

Our support could look like:

  • Facilitating workshops with tools and best practices to navigate conflict, burnout, and self and collective care.

  • Planning and facilitating team retreats.

  • Facilitating team meetings and difficult conversations.

Transformative Leadership

Meaningful leadership, strong relationships, and cohesive teams are at the heart of impactful work. Whether you’re planning a team retreat, navigating leadership transitions, or preparing for your yearly board meeting, we’re here to support you! Our approach invites leaders and teams to pause, reflect, and co-create, ensuring that your work not only meets today’s challenges but also nurtures the emergence of new possibilities.

Our support could look like:

  • The facilitation of team retreats designed to strengthen relationships and vision

  • Board meeting facilitation that fosters reflection, alignment, and decision-making

  • Workshops for team leadership development.

  • One-on-one support sessions with leadership

Explore and create

Our praxis invites us to explore questions, frameworks, and possible paths for justice, community care, and environmental and social impact. In a rapidly changing world, we need to create space in our collectives and organizations for reflection, grief, and imagination so our institutions stay relevant and support the emergence of a more just world.
